• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (playthrough requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be communicated in the individual promotion terms.

• The player's account has been accessed or is being used by an unauthorised third party.
• The player does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the vk99 platform, other players, or vk99's compliance obligations.
• The player has been identified as a minor or has provided false date of birth information.

Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, any withheld real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vk99 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds not meeting applicable wagering requirements) will be paid out to the player's verified payment method.

• Data loss or corruption arising from platform technical failures.
• Unauthorised access to your vk99 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

vk99's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
